Returns and Size exchanges are 100% free. (Click here to request an Exchange/refund)

You are welcome to exchange any unwanted products free of charge, under the following conditions:

  • We offer an industry leading 60 day returns/exchanges or refunds for any product purchased online or in store.
  • Where applicable, the product must be in its original packaging.
  • The goods are unused and undamaged.
  • All returned goods are inspected to ensure that they are undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.
  • Classic Cut reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, has been damaged or is not in the original packaging.

Defective products can be reported to us by contacting us via email at returns@classiccut.co.za or by using the contact form on the Contact Us page. A product defect specifically excludes damage arising from the following:

  • Damage arising from normal wear and tear
  • Damage arising from any alterations to the product
  • Damage arising from negligence, incorrect use or abuse of the product
  • Damage arising from inadequate care that could reasonably expected.

Size Exchanges or Returns

We arrange a courier to collect the item(s) from you. When we request a courier, you will receive an email containing a 2 page waybill that you need to print and hand to the courier with the item(s) when they collect. As soon as the item(s) gets delivered to us, we process the refund or send a new product in the case of a size exchange.  All this is done free of charge, giving you a worry-free shopping experience. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and paid into your bank account within 7 days. Request an Exchange/refund here.
